Mark Marrington

Gillette resident Mark Marrington, 57, died Sunday, July 30, 2017, from Parkinson’s disease at Close to Home Hospice.

Funeral services for Mr. Marrington begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Jared Tucher officiating.

He was born July 26, 1960, to Avis (Meissner) and Dean Marrington in Gillette. He attended school in Campbell County.

He married Crista Appleton Feb. 26, 1989. He worked in the plumbing industry, and enjoyed golfing, camping and woodworking.

Mr. Marrington is survived by his wife, Crista; son, Christopher Marrington; daughters, Heather Fitcher and Sarah Marrington; father, Dean Marrington; brother, Scott Marrington; sister, Vicki Worman; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Avis Marrington; and siblings, Craig Marrington, Kent Marrington and Susan Marrington.

The family requests memorials be made in Mr. Marrington’s name to Parkinson’s research.
